Pleadings, Orders & Awards
By clicking on the country to the left, you will be able to view all of the legal documents which have been made publicly available in any NAFTA dispute. The NAFTA requires Canada and the United States to make the awards (i.e. the judgments) of NAFTA Tribunals public. It does provide Mexico with the discretion to keep awards private, but Mexico has joined with the other NAFTA Parties in claiming that it will support openness and transparency instead.
If you are aware of a pleading, order or award that is not listed here, or if a link does not work for you, please let me know and I will post whatever new document you can provide to me or make whatever changes are necessary to repair the link.
